Good sleep isn't just nice to have, it's essential. And, most importantly, it's achievable!

I understand how you feel.

I've been where you are.

You will sleep again, trust me!

I've breastfed. I've bottle fed. I've fed to sleep (and still do regularly). I've contact napped. I've cuddled to sleep. I've shushed and patted to sleep. I've done what felt right in the moment; what felt right and natural to me as a mother. And I don't regret it for one second. And nor should you.

They're only little for so long, and if what you're doing now to support your little bear to sleep is working for you, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. But if it's starting to feel unsustainable, if you're starting to feel exhausted and ready for change, then that's where I can help!

I'll never ask you to do anything you're not totally comfortable with. My aim will always be to empower you to make positive changes for both you and your little one.

Baby and child sleep isn't as simple as 'one size fits all'. They're not robots that all follow the same routines (although wouldn't it be so much easier if they did?). They're different, with different sleep needs and temperaments. That's why when we work together, it’ll be my mission to get to know your child - what they're like, their mood and behaviour, how they eat, their activity levels, as well as how they sleep. And I also want to get to know you as a family; to understand your goals, parenting style and values. Through a bespoke, holistic, responsive and child-led sleep plan, I'll empower you to make positive changes that not only improve sleep, but feel right, for you and your family.
