Terms & Conditions
The client will need to accept responsibility and agree to the Terms and Conditions as provided prior to booking.

1. General guidance
When working with, or following the guidance of, Little Bears Sleep Ltd, the client understands and accepts the following:
-
Any changes made to the child’s sleep, feeding routine or otherwise, are suggestions only and the client, as the parent/carer/guardian, is responsible for choosing whether or not to implement these suggestions. The client understands that results are entirely dependent on their own commitment to consistently follow the plan and that no guarantees can be given due to the many factors which impact on sleep and behaviours.
-
Little Bears Sleep Ltd will provide a range of tools and suggestions to support the client in working towards their goals during the time together. However, the client understands that there is no guarantee of success and that their goals may not be achieved in full during the period of working with Little Bears Sleep Ltd. Every child is different and there may be factors outside the control of Little Bears Sleep Ltd that could result in the child being unable to respond to the plan or the outcome not being to the client’s satisfaction.
-
Any opinions, methods, content and materials shared by Little Bears Sleep Ltd on the company website, social media platforms or digital products are for informational purposes only.
-
The content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should always seek the advice of their doctor or another qualified health provider with any questions they may have regarding a medical condition for their child. The client should never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it as a result of something they have read or been advised by Little Bears Sleep Ltd.
-
The use of any materials provided by Little Bears Sleep Ltd is the client’s own responsibility and at their own risk. In no event shall Little Bears Sleep Ltd be liable for any damages including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, or personal injury/wrongful death resulting from the use of or inability to use the content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Little Bears Sleep Ltd is advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. The purchase of services
The purchase of a sleep consultation package with Little Bears Sleep Ltd will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
-
The client will pay 100% of the cost for the consultation package within 24 hours of booking the service. No work will be undertaken for the client by Little Bears Sleep Ltd until the package has been paid for in full.
-
The services, plans and support (including both 1:1 support and instant-access digital products) offered by Little Bears Sleep Ltd are non-refundable in any event or outcome.
-
Should the client be unable to attend a previously booked consultation call, and provides at least 24 hours’ notice, Little Bears Sleep Ltd will work with the client to book an alternative date within two weeks of the original consultation call. In the event of a consultation call or support call being missed with no notice, or if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the rescheduled call will be classed as one of the package’s support calls, as it is possible another client was turned down as a result of this booking being arranged.
-
The package prices displayed on the company website are for single children or multiples when being worked on together. Siblings will incur an additional cost of +50% of the package price, when taken out at the same time as the first child.
-
Little Bears Sleep Ltd reserves the right to cancel a consultation call at short notice due to personal circumstances. If this should occur, a full refund or alternative date will be offered to the client.
-
The support package length starts from the day of the main consultation, unless an alternative start date is agreed in advance. The client understands a set start date must be agreed at the consultation, should there be a need for a delayed start.
-
For any packages that include additional support, whether that be by email, phone or WhatsApp, support will be available on Monday – Thursday evenings between 5pm-9pm and on Fridays and at the weekends from 9am – 5pm. Little Bears Sleep Ltd will respond when possible, and as soon as possible, after receipt of the contact from the client, notwithstanding personal circumstances or holidays. The client understands and accepts that Little Bears Sleep Ltd may be unavailable at times due to personal reasons or other work-related appointments. Little Bears Sleep Ltd will endeavour to answer all enquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
-
Little Bears Sleep Ltd reserves the right to cease the provision of support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a client to a member of the Little Bears Sleep Ltd team; it becoming apparent that the client has shared, or is sharing, purchased content with a third party; or should Little Bears Sleep Ltd become aware that the client is working with, or has set up, a competitor business during the time working together.
-
The client agrees to disclose any medical condition to Little Bears Sleep Ltd which their baby/child has, as this may influence the suggestions and recommendations made in the personalised plan.
-
If the client’s child has an underlying health condition that is identified as part of the 1:1 consultation process, Little Bears Sleep Ltd reserves the right to pause the package until the condition has been seen by a professional and resolved to the satisfaction of the client and Little Bears Sleep Ltd, if this is indeed possible.
-
The client accepts and understands that they should be in good physical and mental health and capable of following any guidance offered by Little Bears Sleep Ltd as part of the service.
-
The client understands that Little Bears Sleep Ltd may temporarily withdraw support should we believe the client is not mentally or physically well enough to continue with the programme. In the event this should occur, the client will be informed in writing of the reason for the decision and any remaining support owed to the client will be ‘banked’ until the client is in a position to resume support (within two months of starting the plan).
-
The client agrees to follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS guidance. For more detailed information, UK-based clients should refer to The Lullaby Trust at www.lullabytrust.org.uk. Clients based outside of the UK should refer to leading safe sleep authority in their own country. If the client chooses to ignore this guidance, they accept full responsibility for this.
-
Following completion of 1:1 sleep packages, Little Bears Sleep Ltd will contact the client and seek feedback and a review on the success, or otherwise, of the services provided.
